Qualifications

• Board certification in Solid Organ Transplant (BCTXP) preferred.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical pharmacy services across outpatient transplant programs.
• Oversee the design and implementation of CDTM protocols.
• Provide comprehensive pharmacotherapeutic management for transplant patients.
• Collaborate with physicians to integrate pharmacy services into care pathways.
