Montefiore Einstein in Bronx, NY seeks an experienced Clinical Pharmacy Manager for solid organ transplant to lead ambulatory services across transplant programs. The role blends clinical care, program development, education, and research to optimize medication management and outcomes for transplant patients.

You will collaborate with transplant physicians, pharmacists, and multidisciplinary teams to advance evidence-based practice, strengthen medication safety, and support high-quality care

Qualificações

• PharmD and active New York State pharmacist license.
• PGY2 Solid Organ Transplant residency, or PGY1 plus 3+ years of relevant transplant experience.
• BCTXP certified or eligible for board certification.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Clinical Pharmacy Manager – Solid Organ Transplant

Montefiore Einstein is seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Pharmacy Manager – Solid Organ Transplant to lead and advance ambulatory clinical pharmacy services across our solid organ transplant programs.

This role combines clinical expertise, program development, direct patient care, education, and research to optimize medication management and improve outcomes for transplant patients. The successful candidate will partner with transplant physicians, pharmacists, and multidisciplinary care teams to advance evidence-based practice, strengthen medication safety, and support high-quality care throughout the transplant journey.

Annual Base Salary range: $152,000.00-$190,000.00
