Job summary

Montefiore Medical Center in New York is seeking an Intra-abdominal transplant Clinical Pharmacy Manager to oversee the clinical, operational, educational, and research activities of the transplant pharmacy program. You will lead a team of clinical pharmacists and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes throughout the transplant journey.

Qualifications

• PharmD from ACPE-accredited college required.
• Current NYS pharmacist license required.
• Completion of PGY2 Residency in transplant highly preferred.
• Board certification in transplant preferred (e.g., BCTXP).

Responsibilities

• Provide program leadership for clinical pharmacy services across transplant programs.
• Lead a team of clinical pharmacists and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Oversee immunosuppressant monitoring and antimicrobial management.
• Educate providers, trainees, and participate in transplant rounds.
• Lead research, quality improvement projects, and reporting.
