Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of professional work experience.

• Flexible to work 12-hour shifts and a non-standard rotating schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Arranges travel logistics for NOP teams (surgeons, OCS specialists and aviation crew members).
• Plans pick up/drop off schedules with ground transport to ensure timely, efficient team movement; communicates itineraries clearly.
