Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full transplant journey from referral through evaluation, inpatient stay, and post-transplant transition.
• Facilitate all aspects of renal and pancreas transplants by scheduling tests and coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams.
• Educate and support transplant recipients, families, and living donors across regions.
• Oversee pre- and post-donation activities and perioperative coordination in the operating room.
• Conduct inpatient rounds, post-op assessments, and triage patient concerns to ensure long-term health and safety.
