Job summary

UW Health in Madison, WI is seeking an RN Transplant Coordinator – Pancreas at University Hospital. You will work with a renowned transplant team to guide patients through the transplant journey and provide education across the continuum of care.

This 100% FTE day-shift role requires a BSN (Master’s may substitute for one year) and 2 years of clinical nursing experience; transplant experience is preferred. Wisconsin RN license is required upon hire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• Master's Degree in Nursing may substitute for one year of clinical experience.
