Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Transmission Siting and Permitting Project Manager to lead routing, siting, and environmental permitting for energy infrastructure across PA/NJ/MD. You will supervise multidisciplinary teams, mentor staff, and contribute to client relations, proposals, and pricing while staying technically engaged.

The role emphasizes leadership in a regulatory-driven environment with opportunities to guide complex projects and grow the transmission siting and permitting practice within WSP.

Responsibilities

• Siting and environmental permitting expert for electric transmission, substations, and renewable energy projects.
• Manage and direct routing and siting studies, analyses, and reports.
• Provide technical oversight for environmental permitting and planning across project phases.
• Develop public involvement strategies including open houses, public meetings, and hearings.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and mentor junior staff; support business development and pricing.
