Job summary

ENTRUST Solutions Group, a Leidos company, seeks a Project Manager to lead planning and execution of the Transmission Pole Replacement Program and Like-for-Like Asset Replacement Program. You will oversee delivery, onsite oversight, contractor management, and budgets, driving performance across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years in electric utility PM, engineering, construction, contracts, operations, or related fields.
• 5+ years in project financial planning, forecasting, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of utility operations, engineering principles, environmental considerations, and project delivery practices.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to completion.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Valid driver's license and a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of the Transmission Pole Replacement Program.
• Mentor a team of schedulers and analysts, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Develop bundled replacement projects to optimize construction efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal project teams and stakeholders for planning, scheduling, engineering, procurement, and execution.
• Oversee project development, including scope, design coordination, cost estimating, risk, and engagement.
• Manage program budgets, schedules, milestones, risks, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate permitting, materials procurement, outage planning, and pre-construction activities.
• Lead project reviews, kickoff meetings, and governance milestones.
• Direct contractor and stakeholder coordination during construction and implementation.
• Monitor performance and resolve issues impacting scope, cost, schedule, or quality.
• Provide program reporting, executive updates, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure closeout, documentation, and lessons learned per company standards.
