Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
• 7+ years on utility transmission or large capital projects.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end transmission project delivery from planning to closeout.
• Develop and manage schedules, milestones, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate with engineering, environmental, permitting, and operations teams.
• Act as primary contact for stakeholders, leadership, customers, and regulators.
• Identify and mitigate risks; resolve issues affecting objectives.
• Provide status updates and executive-level reporting.
• Ensure safety, regulatory, and company policy compliance.
• Manage contractor and vendor performance; ensure quality and cost control.
• Drive continuous improvement and program development.
• Support strategic planning for transmission programs.
