Job summary

ENTRUST Solutions Group, a Leidos company, seeks a Project Manager to lead the Transmission Pole Replacement and Like-for-Like Asset Replacement programs. You will guide planning through construction, manage a team of schedulers and analysts, and drive project delivery with a focus on safety, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder communications.

The role requires a engineering-related bachelor's degree, 5+ years in the electric utility sector, and strong budgeting, scheduling, and leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Environmental Permitting, or related discipline.
• 5+ years in electric utility industry project management, engineering, construction, contracts, operations, or related fields.
• 5+ years in project financial planning, forecasting, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of utility operations, engineering principles, environmental considerations, and project delivery practices.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and driving projects to completion.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for two critical asset replacement programs including safety, schedule, budget, quality, and performance.
• Lead and mentor schedulers and analysts to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
• Develop bundled replacement projects to optimize construction efficiency and resource use.
• Coordinate planning, scheduling, engineering, procurement, and execution with internal teams.
• Oversee project development, scope, design coordination, cost estimating, and risk identification.
• Manage budgets, milestones, risks, and performance metrics for successful outcomes.
• Coordinate permitting, materials procurement, outage planning and pre-construction activities.
• Lead project reviews, kickoffs, and governance milestones for readiness and compliance.
• Ensure contractor and stakeholder coordination during construction and implementation.
• Monitor performance and resolve issues impacting scope, cost, schedule, or quality.
• Provide program reporting and executive updates to stakeholders.
• Closeout activities and lessons learned aligned with company standards.
