You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules, budgets, risks, and ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction.

This role requires deep knowledge of transmission systems, utility operations, and capital project delivery, with strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience managing utility, transmission, or large-scale capital projects.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary project teams and managing budgets and schedules.
• Familiar with project delivery methodologies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of transmission projects from planning to closeout.
• Develop and manage schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with engineering, permitting, environmental, and operations teams.
• Serve as primary contact for stakeholders, leadership, customers, contractors, and regulators.
• Monitor risks and provide status updates and forecasts to executives.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
