Job summary

ENTRUST Solutions Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead transformative infrastructure projects across North America. The role focuses on electricity transmission, substations, and complex upgrades with a strong emphasis on budget, schedule, and stakeholder alignment.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in the utility sector, PMP or advanced degree, and hands-on experience with Primavera P6. You will collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, innovative grid

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in the utility sector with emphasis on electric transmission/substation projects.
• PMP certification or advanced degree in Project Management strongly preferred.
• Proven experience managing large-scale projects and budgets of $25M+.
• Knowledge of PMI principles and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead major capital projects involving transmission up to 500kV and complex substations.
• Manage project portfolios including $25M+ programs, scope, schedule, budget and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Coordinate cross-state transmission line development and integrated transmission/substation rebuilds.
• Collaborate with utility clients and internal teams to deliver innovative energy solutions.
• Provide clear, inclusive leadership and maintain strong communications.
