Job summary

Impellam Group seeks a Transmission project coordination professional to support management, development, and estimating activities. You will coordinate meetings, track actions, and maintain multiple project trackers and risk software integration.

The role requires an associate degree (bachelor's preferred) and strong Excel/SharePoint skills with PowerBI experience. Hybrid schedule; in-office Tue–Thu, remote Mon & Fri.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Technical experience in utilities/transmission or related field is very beneficial.
• Excel (Macros and Pivot Tables), Word, SharePoint proficiency is expected.
• PowerBI navigation and maintenance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Development meeting coordination (note taking, agenda distribution, summaries).
• Maintain Action Item Tracker and Dev Project Tracker (Excel/SharePoint).
• Update GLT Project Tracker: sponsor, funding, status, hand-off/cancelled tab.
• Manage SWORD All Access and PCT All Access access and data.
• Oversee SharePoint site management and workflow automation.
• PowerBI: maintain departmental reports and data navigation.
• Coordinate with Portfolio Manager for data movement of cashflows.
• Assist with GLT Project Development and Program Development.
• Interface with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
