Ideal candidates hold an engineering, construction management, or finance degree and have hands-on experience with Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel, and Power BI; strong communication and multitasking skills are essential to manage competing

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Finance or related field.
• Experience coordinating projects with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project controls concepts such as cost, schedule and risk reporting.

Responsibilities

• Utilize established project systems and processes and support project controls.
• Support AR collections and electronic invoicing as needed.
• Develop, monitor and maintain budgets, forecasts and schedules.
• Produce consolidated monthly/weekly project reports.
• Maintain contracts, change orders, documents and version control.
• Ensure compliance with project controls standards and templates.
• Support client meetings with minutes and action items.
• On-board and manage subconsultants and ensure risk management alignment.
• Collaborate to implement new policies reflecting best practices.
