Job summary

Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a Transmission Project Coordinator to support the power delivery team.

The role focuses on project controls, cost, schedule, risk, reporting, and document management, interfacing with project managers, finance, engineering, and subconsultants. You will develop and maintain project controls, generate reports, monitor budgets and forecasts, and ensure compliance with Westwood standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Associate degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or related field.
• Experience with project management tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel, Power BI.
• Understanding of cost forecasting, scheduling logic, and risk management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and communicate across teams.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Utilize established project systems including Vantagepoint, PowerBI, IronClad, and Avetta.
• Support AR collections and electronic invoicing.
• Assist in developing and tracking budgets and forecasts comparing actual vs planned spend.
• Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules with progress tracking.
• Produce consolidated monthly/weekly project reports.
• Manage project documentation, contracts, change orders, and deliverables with version control.
• Ensure project controls standards and templates are followed.
• Support client meetings with minutes and action items.
• Coordinate with subconsultants on onboarding, progress, risk, and compliance.
• Collaborate on policy updates reflecting best engineering practices.
