Job summary

Pike Corporation is seeking a safety‑focused Foreman to lead a crew in constructing and repairing electrical transmission systems. The role involves work on energized and de‑energized lines and may require travel to different job sites, including out‑of‑state locations, as operational needs dictate.

You will report to the General Foreman and be responsible for safety briefings, coaching crews, and ensuring project quality and on‑time completion in diverse environments.

Qualifications

• Five years of recent transmission line experience.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Willing to travel long distances on short notice.
• Lift, carry, push, or pull materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to work extended hours, weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Lead crew to perform construction, maintenance and repair of energized and de-energized transmission systems with safety as the priority.
• Conduct pre-job and tailgate safety briefings; coach and train less experienced crew members.
• Oversee project quality and ensure timely completion.
• Operate and maintain transmission line equipment including bucket trucks and tensioners.
• Work outdoors in varying conditions and be available for outages, storms, and emergencies.
