Job summary

PIKE Electric, LLC is seeking a safety-focused Foreman to lead a crew in constructing and repairing energized transmission systems. You will work on energized lines and travel to different job sites, including out-of-state locations, reporting to the General Foreman.

Responsibilities include leading safety briefings, ensuring quality and timely completion, and operating equipment such as bucket trucks and derricks.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of recent transmission line experience.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Willing to travel long distances on short notice.
• Lift, carry, push, or pull materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Work for extended periods at different job locations, including out-of-state assignments.
• Willing to work outside of normal business hours, including weekends, holidays, emergency callouts, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew to construct and repair transmission systems with safety first.
• Conduct pre-job and tailgate safety briefings.
• Oversee project work and ensure quality and deadlines.
• Install and repair overhead transmission lines, poles, insulators, conductors and hardware.
• Climb structures using approved methods and equipment.
• Travel to job sites, including out-of-state, as needed.
