Job summary

Pike Electric, LLC is seeking a safety‑focused Foreman-Transmission to lead a crew on transmission line projects, including energized and de‑energized work. The role requires CDL and at least five years of relevant line experience, with willingness to travel and cover on‑call rotations.

Responsibilities include safety briefings, project oversight, and operating heavy equipment such as bucket trucks and derricks, while ensuring quality and timely completion under varied field conditions.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of recent transmission line experience.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Willing to travel long distances on short notice.
• Willing to work outside normal hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Lead crew members and conduct pre-job and tailgate safety briefings.
• Oversee work on each project and ensure quality and deadlines.
• Install and repair overhead transmission lines, poles, insulators, and conductors.
• Operate and maintain heavy transmission line equipment (bucket trucks, digger derricks, tensioners, pullers).
