Pike Corporation is seeking a safety‑driven Foreman to lead a crew constructing and repairing electrical transmission systems. The role involves work on energized and de-energized lines, traveling to various job sites including out-of-state locations, and reporting to the General Foreman.

The candidate will supervise crew safety briefings, train junior staff, and ensure project quality and timely completion under demanding field conditions.

Aufgaben

• Perform new construction, maintain and repair energized and de-energized transmission systems while prioritizing safety.
• Lead crew members and conduct pre-job and tailgate safety briefings.
• Coach and train junior staff in safe and productive work procedures.
• Oversee project work and ensure quality and on-time completion.
• Install and repair overhead transmission lines, poles, insulators, conductors and related hardware.
• Understand switching and tagging procedures, EPZ grounding and induced voltage on de-energized lines with proper tools.
