Job summary

Pike Electric, LLC is seeking a safety‑driven Foreman to lead a crew in constructing and repairing high‑voltage transmission lines. You will direct field crews on energized and de‑energized work, coordinate outages, and ensure quality and on‑time project completion across multiple sites.

This role requires five years of transmission line experience, CDL, and willingness to travel, with the ability to work outdoors in varied conditions and lift heavy loads.

Qualifications

• Five years of recent transmission line experience.
• Valid CDL.
• Willing to travel long distances on short notice.
• Ability to work outdoors in extreme conditions.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Lead crew and conduct safety briefings.
• Able to climb structures and work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew to construct and repair transmission lines.
• Perform pre-job and tailgate safety briefings.
• Oversee project quality and deadlines.
• Operate and maintain transmission line equipment.
• Travel to job sites, including out-of-state.
• Respond to outages, storms, and emergencies.
• Follow PPE protocols and insulated protective gear.
