Job summary

Pike Electric, LLC is seeking a Foreman to lead a crew in constructing and repairing transmission lines, working on energized and de-energized assets and traveling to job sites as needed. You will report to the General Foreman.

This safety‑driven role requires five years of transmission line experience, a valid CDL, and willingness to travel. You will operate bucket trucks and heavy equipment outdoors in varied conditions and manage projects to meet quality and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of recent transmission line experience.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Willing to travel long distances on short notice.
• Lift, carry, push, or pull materials up to 50 pounds.
• Work for extended periods at multiple job sites, including out-of-state.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew to construct and repair transmission systems with safety first.
• Perform new construction, maintenance and repair on energized and de-energized lines.
• Oversee project quality and finish on schedule.
• Install and repair overhead lines, poles, insulators, and conductors.
• Coordinate pre-job planning and safety briefings.
