Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field; 7 years PM experience preferred.
• Experience with document control, scheduling, cost control and project management software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle large volumes of work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to meet driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities and successful execution of one or multiple projects.
• Develop project plans, scheduling, estimating, cost development, and critical objectives.
• Manage client relationships and interface with clients for proposals and project items.
• Negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and change orders; participate in risk reviews.
• Ensure safety, quality, budget, and compliance; administer project documentation and reports.
• Coordinate and facilitate project staffing, procurement, and field operations across sites.
