IntelliPro in Reno, NV seeks a Contract Administrator - Transmission to analyze, negotiate, and administer transmission contracts. This contract role spans Oct 26, 2026 to Oct 10, 2027 with potential extension, on a $34.48/hr W2 basis in Reno, NV.

The role requires an Associates degree (or 2 years of related experience) and knowledge of energy contract practices, with duties spanning compliance, invoicing, and documentation management.

Formación

• Associates' degree from an accredited school.
• If no degree, at least 2 years of related work experience.
• Experience in energy industry or contract administration preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze, negotiate, and administer transmission contracts.
• Track performance and resolve contract compliance issues.
• Maintain contract files and confidential documentation.
• Process invoices and perform settlements for material/service contracts.
• Support pre- and post-construction activities.
• Circulate and track template agreements for execution.
• Support the negotiation of transmission agreements.
• Continually evaluate and improve internal processes.
• Respond to internal data requests and ensure documentation.
