Job summary

IntelliPro seeks a Contract Administrator I – Transmission in Reno, NV for a 1-year contract-to-hire, onsite role. You will analyze, negotiate, and administer transmission contracts, handling obligations, data, and regulatory-ready documentation.

Qualifications

• Associates’ degree from an accredited school; alternatively 2 years related work experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of energy industry or contract administration practices.
• Strong negotiation, issue resolution, and project leadership skills.
• Excellent analytical, time management, communication, attention to detail, customer service, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and work well in team or independent settings.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve contract compliance issues, including tracking performance.
• Maintain contract files and confidential documentation used for regulatory hearings and litigation.
• Perform accounting settlement for material and service invoices.
• Analyze contract-related issues and support pre- and post-construction activities.
• Facilitate negotiation of simple contract amendments and template agreements.
• Circulate and track template agreements for execution and contract NRDs.
• Support negotiation of transmission agreements and related processes.
• Continuously evaluate internal processes to improve operations; respond to internal data requests.
• Enter contract metadata and documents into the system of record.
• Ensure compliance with policies, codes, and regulations.
