Job summary

ESPO Corporation seeks an Assistant Project Manager General for a 12 month contract in Englewood, CO. You will lead cross-functional teams to execute substation, transmission line, and telecommunications projects from inception through design and construction to closeout.

Responsibilities include managing 5–20 projects concurrently ($100k–$50M+), ensuring schedule adherence, identifying risks, and presenting status updates to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or related field.
• Internship experience does not count toward years of experience.
• Experience in utility transmission projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to execute substation, transmission, and telecom projects from inception to closeout.
• Oversee 5–20 projects concurrently with budgets from $100k–$50M+.
• Maintain schedule adherence and cost forecasts; manage risks and approvals.
• Coordinate with vendors and provide regular project updates to clients.
