Johnson & Johnson’s Heme Translational Research group seeks an Associate Director to lead clinical biomarker strategies in multiple myeloma programs within Innovative Medicine. You will manage translational plans, guide cross-functional teams, and collaborate with discovery, clinical, and external partners.

You will drive biomarker development from preclinical to early clinical stages, ensure regulatory readiness, and communicate results to CDT and Oncology leadership while advancing

Qualificações

• Ph.D. or M.D./Ph.D. in molecular biology or related field with 5–10 years of biomarker, translational research, program management, clinical trial or related experience.
• Experience in multiple myeloma and translational research is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage translational strategy and implementation for one or more pipeline assets.
• Plan and execute discovery and validation of predictive, prognostic, safety, and disease biomarkers.
• Develop and deliver clinical biomarker strategy for the compound and lead CDT collaboration.
