Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Principal Scientist/Associate Director in Translational Research to lead biomarker strategies across early to late-stage prostate cancer programs. You will design and oversee biomarker plans, PD and TE measures, and collaborate with clinical development, statistics, and external partners to drive patient-centric approaches.

You will lead biomarker governance, collaborate with internal labs and CROs, and ensure assays are robust for trials while contributing

Qualificações

PhD in biomedical sciences (e.g., pharmacology, immunology, cancer biology)
Postdoctoral training in a relevant biomedical field
Minimum 3 years of biopharmaceutical drug development experience after postdoc
Experience designing and implementing biomarker strategies in clinical trials
Strong background in translational oncology and biomarker science
Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in matrixed cross-functional teams
Excellent scientific communication, writing, and presentation skills

Responsabilidades
