Qualifications
- Biomarker strategy development for translational medicine.
- Experience with molecular biomarker assays in hematologic malignancies.
- MD/PhD/PharmD or equivalent with industry experience.
- Proven record leading biomarker programs in oncology.
- Experience with CROs and central labs.
Responsibilities
- Lead clinical biomarker strategies for CML and oncology programs.
- Evaluate biomarker testing solutions from CROs and labs.
- Develop, transfer, and validate biomarker assays for hematologic malignancies.
- Ensure validation aligns with intended use in clinical context.
- Manage external lab partnerships, budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs on companion diagnostic strategies.
