Role Overview:

White Label Storage is growing fast, and we’re looking for a Transitions Manager to lead new client onboarding from signed agreement through go-live. This role is ideal for someone who is both a systems thinker and a relationship builder—someone who can keep a project on track while making each client feel like our only one.

You’ll act as the quarterback for onboarding projects, coordinating across teams (marketing, operations, accounting, etc.) and making sure every step is executed with clarity, precision, and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the onboarding process for new clients from contract signing to operational launch
• Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions
• Manage project timelines, checklists, and documentation to keep each transition on track
• Communicate directly with clients, setting expectations, answering questions, and building trust
• Continuously improve onboarding systems by identifying friction points and updating processes, templates, and workflows
• Ensure data accuracy, including site information, unit mix, pricing, and marketing setup

What We're Looking For:

• Experience managing complex onboarding or implementation processes (SaaS, tech-enabled services, or ops-heavy businesses preferred)
• Strong organizational and project management skills—able to juggle multiple onboarding timelines at once
• Systems-level thinking—you can see patterns and create structure to support growth
• Exceptional communication skills—clear, empathetic, and proactive
• A genuine interest in helping clients succeed and a high bar for quality

Compensation and Benefits:

• Annual salary range: $80,000-$100,000 plus bonus and stock options
• Health insurance and 401(k) matching
