Profile

Purpose and Scope: Reporting to the Director of Change & OD, this position is part of the Change & OD Team, responsible for developing and implementing programs in change management, team development, and organizational development. The candidate will collaborate with TLOD partners and business leaders, influencing company success through various initiatives. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and confidentiality are essential.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Support and Design: Assist TLOD Partners and HRBPs in designing, developing, and delivering change management, team development, and OD solutions, utilizing expert knowledge to propose solutions and measure success.
  2. Process Management: Oversee assigned Change and OD processes, including KPI definition and continuous improvement.
  3. Project Management: Lead projects and coordinate efforts, managing vendors involved in Change and OD initiatives.
  4. Team Development Framework: Support the development and maintenance of a Team Development Framework and Toolkit, incorporating best practices and real-world examples.
  5. Change Management and OD Framework: Develop and maintain frameworks and toolkits, supporting global learning and ensuring consistent methodology across the organization.
  6. Capability Building: Act as SME to enhance the skills of Change Practitioners and HRBPs, and participate actively in the FME-wide Change Network.

Supervision: None

Education: Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Learning/Organizational Development preferred.

Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum three years in talent management focusing on change management, consulting, or OD.
  • Certifications like SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR are a plus.
  • Ability to build credible relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Collaborative, detail-oriented, flexible, and adaptable.
  • Independent worker with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
