Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Transition Specialist to manage onboarding and offboarding across Multifamily property assignments. You will coordinate internal and external teams to ensure accurate, timely transitions and maintain data integrity across platforms.

The role emphasizes cross-functional communication, high-quality client service, and adherence to governance controls. A Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in multifamily real estate and strong Excel/Workday capabilities are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree 3+ years of relevant experience; multifamily real estate knowledge preferred.
• Experience in multifamily real estate and basic accounting knowledge.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to understand and interpret complex real estate terminology.
• Effective time management; detail oriented and organized.
• Proven internal/external customer service and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, analyze and complete onboarding and offboarding tasks for Multifamily management assignments with minimal guidance.
• Lead communication among regional managers, client accounting, HR, technology, and clients involved in transitions.
• Deliver a positive client experience during onboarding and offboarding.
• Identify unique transition needs and outline best workflows for internal partners and external clients.
• Serve as knowledge hub for property transitions and maintain data integrity across platforms.
• Audit and understand QA parameters and SOC/SOX controls relevant to transitions.
• Review opportunity pipeline, pricing, and notification processes for financial planning and national statistics.
• Present to clients during pitches and collaborate to improve tools and processes.
