You will work with internal and external partners to ensure data accuracy, timely installation, and clear communication throughout the transition process.

Ideal candidates have experience with defined benefit plans, pension administration, and strong project management, plus proficiency in MS Office and data

Qualifications

• Defined Benefit Plan and pension administration experience required.
• Strong data reconciliation and analytical skills needed.
• Proven ability to manage projects and communicate with senior stakeholders.
• Experience with transition/onboarding for annuitants is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class onboarding experience for clients and annuitants.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate data and timely installation.
• Develop clear transition communications and manage risk with escalation to leadership.
• Support the transition team with data validation and issue resolution.
