Job summary

Banner Life Insurance Company, part of Legal & General America, seeks a transition specialist to deliver a world-class onboarding experience for annuitants and clients. You will coordinate data collection, validation, and cross-functional communication to ensure timely and accurate installations, whether remote or in Stamford, CT.

The role requires defined benefit plan knowledge, pension administration, and strong Excel/Office skills, plus 3+ years in a customer-service setting.

Qualifications

• Defined Benefit Plan experience is required.
• Pension plan administration or retirement benefits knowledge is required.
• 3+ years in a customer service or related role are required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access) is required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class onboarding experience for clients and annuitants.
• Support installation by coordinating data and communications across teams.
• Collaborate with clients and internal partners to obtain annuitant data and validate mailings.
• Develop client-facing transition materials for annuitants.
• Identify and resolve issues to ensure timely, accurate installations.
• Communicate progress and risks to clients and senior management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
