Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Army TAP, career counseling, transition assistance, workforce development, or related field.
• Experience coordinating schedules, personnel, and stakeholder activities.
• Experience delivering program execution, service delivery, and operational management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily TAP Center operations, staffing, scheduling, facilities, and service delivery.
• Act as primary contractor representative to Government personnel and stakeholders.
• Coordinate workshops, counseling, financial counseling, Capstone activities, hiring events, and other transition services.
• Ensure services meet approved curriculum, Army policies, performance standards, and class-size requirements.
• Supervise counselors and liaison staff, manage workload, leave coverage, and training compliance.
• Monitor attendance, appointments, data entry, case documentation, and site reporting.
