Responsibilities

• Manage daily TAP Center operations including staffing, scheduling, facilities coordination, and service delivery.
• Serve as the principal contractor point of contact for the Installation TAP Manager, Government personnel, command representatives, and local stakeholders.
• Coordinate workshops, individual counseling sessions, financial counseling services, Capstone activities, hiring events, and other transition support services.
• Ensure services are delivered per curriculum, Army policies, performance standards, class-size requirements, and customer service expectations.
• Supervise counselors and liaison personnel, including workload, leave, training, and performance management.
• Provide weekly operational updates to Regional Leadership on accomplishments, staffing, risks, and resources.
• Identify and resolve site-level issues involving facilities, property, access, and scheduling.
• Support hiring, onboarding, CAC and badging activities, and knowledge transfer.
