Job summary

Ramos CS, now part of Colliers Engineering & Design, seeks a Project Manager to lead the TPSS portfolio across the Authority's rail network. You will oversee design integration, procurement, testing, and commissioning while ensuring compliance with NEC, NESC, IEEE, and NFPA standards.

Responsibilities include managing field inspections, change orders, and contract documentation to maintain schedule and budget. Washington PE licensure is required along with 12+ years of transit power experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Registration as a Professional Engineer in Washington is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead modernization, standardization, and integration of TPSS assets across the rail network.
• Represent Authority in technical and contractual matters with design consultants and contractors.
• Review design submittals, shop drawings, and commissioning plans for compliance.
• Oversee procurement and factory acceptance testing of substation equipment.
• Prepare contract change orders and manage project documentation and records.
