Job summary

Ramos Consulting Services, now part of Colliers Engineering & Design, is seeking a Project Engineer to oversee TPSS construction, installation, and commissioning in a transit capital program. You will review contractor work for compliance with plans and specifications, monitor progress, and ensure documentation and payments are accurate.

Ideal candidates will have a PE or be eligible for licensure, 7+ years of field/construction experience on traction power/TPSS systems, and strong communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• PE license preferred; EIT acceptable in lieu of PE.

Responsibilities

• Oversee TPSS construction, installation, and commissioning in the field.
• Review contractor work for compliance with plans, specs, and TPSS requirements.
• Document daily progress, inspections, and testing; manage contract records and payments.

TPSS / traction power knowledge

English reading/writing

Education

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering

Professional Engineer (PE) preferred or EIT acceptable
