Job summary

Ramos CS, now a part of Colliers Engineering & Design, is actively hiring a Project Manager (Transit Systems) to lead a transit capital program's TPSS portfolio as Owner's Representative in field or office settings.

You will oversee design, procurement, testing, and commissioning across the rail network, coordinating with consultants, contractors, and OEMs while ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and proper documentation throughout project execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Civil engineering.
  • Professional Engineer (WA) license required.
  • 12+ years in traction power/TPSS systems delivery on transit or rail programs.
  • PM/Program Manager experience on systems portfolios >=$100M.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • English reading/writing proficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead modernization and integration of Transit Power Substation Systems across the rail network.
  • Represent Authority with design consultants, contractors, and OEMs.
  • Ensure safety for all personnel and the traveling public; monitor energized systems.
  • Review design submittals, shop drawings, and commissioning plans for code compliance.
  • Oversee procurement and factory acceptance testing of substation equipment.
  • Prepare contract changes and document project progress and records.
