Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling of routes and employees.
• Monitor the quality of transportation services provided to riders.
• Ensure compliance with FTA and ALDOT policies and regulations.
• Maintain regular contact with contract clients.
• Develop and pursue new contract opportunities to expand services and funding.
• Attend meetings and events concerning transportation matters.
• Represent ECATS before community organizations and agencies.
• Identify and pursue funding sources to supplement federal grant resources.
• Assist with development, preparation and administration of grants.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the County Administrator.
• Willing to travel for training or county functions and work overtime when needed.
