Job summary

The Metropolitan Transportation Authority seeks a Transit Support Coordinator to supervise checkers across Field, Shop and Control Desk operations and to allocate materials and tasks for signage maintenance. Qualifications

• Four-year education equivalent and one year of data-related experience or similar data handling.
• Experience collecting, compiling and analyzing survey information.
• Knowledge of stock, inventory or warehousing functions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise traffic checkers in Field, Shop and Control Desk operations.
• Distribute material and assign traffic checkers to tasks including signage maintenance.
• Collect survey work and manage daily absences and leave forms.
• Ensure overtime and extra work assignments are completed and communicate discrepancies.
