Job summary

Metropolitan Transportation Authority's Transit Management Analyst Series (Facilities) seeks a candidate to perform project coordination and management support for large public infrastructure projects, with emphasis on construction and closeout.

Responsibilities include monitoring status, identifying risks, coordinating with GSMs, station operations, maintenance, and other stakeholders, and ensuring proper documentation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or Bachelor's degree with 2 years of professional experience in budget/admin/engineering/forecasting/operations research or related field.
• Experience in project coordination or management support for large infrastructure projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities during construction and closeout in support of large public infrastructure projects.
• Monitor project status, deliverables, and outstanding actions to support schedules and resolve issues.
• Identify project issues and risks, including impacts to daily operations, and ensure timely escalation and resolution.
• Support inspections, walkthroughs, and field reviews during construction and closeout.
• Track corrective actions identified during inspections and site observations until resolved.
• Maintain project documentation to ensure accuracy and up-to-date records.
