Via Transportation, Inc. is seeking a Customer Support Agent in Baton Rouge to connect riders and drivers with our on-demand mobility platform. You’ll handle calls and emails, resolve questions, and ensure a smooth, high-quality support experience every day.

Ideal candidates are service-oriented, calm under pressure, and able to learn new software quickly. Prior call center experience isn’t required, but a passion for helping people is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage daily operations and adapt to real-time input from drivers, riders, and the Operations team.
• Schedule and book rides for passengers, delivering smooth customer experience.
• Provide prompt, supportive assistance to drivers and passengers via telephone and email.
• Triage live issues and prioritize customer satisfaction to resolve problems.
• Leverage knowledge of Via products to make decisions on escalated live support issues.
• Grow with tasks and responsibilities and increase compensation accordingly.
