Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional experience in public sector, transit, or community development
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; GIS/Adobe a plus
• Confidential handling of sensitive information
• Interest in public transportation and government relations

Responsibilities

• Coordinate capital project activities, tracking deliverables, schedules, and milestones
• Maintain project dashboards, calendars, and documentation for leadership review
• Coordinate consultant and contractor communications and follow-ups
• Prepare scopes of work and procurements with consultants and contractors
• Track project schedules and budgets to ensure compliance with standards
• Prepare project status reports and presentations for stakeholders
• Assist in grant applications and reporting for transit funding
• Support data research on transit-oriented development and land use
