Job summary

Allied Universal, North America's leading security and facility services company, invites you to join as a Security Officer Train Fare Patrol in Denver, CO. You will monitor transit facilities, assist passengers and staff, and provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a visible security presence.

This full-time position pays $21.00 per hour. Schedule includes weekday evenings through early mornings; candidates should have at least one year of security experience, a high school

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of security-related experience.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Possess a guard card or license (preferred).
• Possess a handcuffing certification (preferred).
• Be able to lift more than 20 pounds (preferred).
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required by law and company policy.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and personnel by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and service disruptions in a calm, problem-solving manner and notify appropriate personnel or emergency services.
• Conduct regular patrols of transit platforms, stations, parking areas, and buildings to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious behavior, hazards, or policy violations.
• Document observations and communicate information to site contacts and leadership.
