Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor safety, security, emergency preparedness, and compliance programs.
• Oversee subcontractor safety and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of applicable laws and regulations (PTASP, SMS, Cal/OSHA).
• Investigate hazards, incidents, and operational risks and implement corrective actions.
• Lead safety meetings, training, and communications to foster safety culture.
• Coordinate with client HSEC and Security teams; assist SSEPP development.
