Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Transit Safety Security Specialist to lead project tasks across the United States, applying risk management processes developed by FTA and industry standards from APTA.

The ideal candidate is well-organized, a self-starter, and capable of guiding multi-disciplinary colleagues and junior staff with minimal oversight from senior management. Experience in PTASP, SSO, and cybersecurity is preferred.

Qualifications

• BA/BS + 6 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
• Ability to pass MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Development of PHAs/TVAs and associated mitigations/countermeasures
• Holding workshops with multi-disciplinary groups/committees
• CEL/CIL Development
• Development of DCCCs/CSCCs
• Direct interaction with agency clients and project managers
• SSC document and report preparation
• PTASP development, annual reviews, and updates
• SSC training for internal and external clients
