Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Transit Safety Security Specialist to lead project tasks for internal and external clients across the United States using risk management processes from FTA and industry standards from APTA.

The ideal candidate will be well-organized, a self-starter, and capable of completing assignments with minimal oversight. Will guide multi-disciplinary teams and junior staff and support PTASP development and annual review processes, including SSC training.

Qualifications

• BA/BS + 6 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Public Transportation Safety Certification (PTSCTP and/or TSSP)
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP)
• Ability to pass MVR check.
• U.S. Security Clearance capability or attainment

Responsibilities

• Lead project tasks for internal and external clients nationwide.
• Provide direction to multi-disciplinary teams and junior staff.
• Develop PHAs/TVAs and mitigations; facilitate workshops.
• Support PTASP development and annual reviews; SSC training.
