Responsibilities

• Develops a daily dispatch plan based on equipment and operator availability and adjusts as conditions change.
• Maintains scheduled and unscheduled service targets with minimal overtime costs.
• Understands and applies the labor agreement when scheduling the extra board and assignments.
• Coordinates radio contact for field supervisors and dispatches them as needed.
• Verifies time clocks, vehicle/operator supplies, daily schedules, and operator medical cards/license validity.
• Keeps safety rules and health procedures; maintains professional relationships with staff, customers, vendors.
• Performs additional related duties and maintains regular attendance.
