Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must possess a valid California CDL with passenger endorsement and air brake endorsements.
• VTT certificate required prior to revenue service participation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee driver and vehicle operations to ensure safe, reliable service.
• Monitor on-street real-time signage and report malfunctions.
• Complete operator training and safety programs as directed.
• Maintain regular ride-along observations to promote safe driving and policy compliance.
• Provide feedback to safety and operations to improve daily procedures.
