Job summary

Keolis Transit America is seeking a Road Supervisor in the Anaheim/Irvine area. The role oversees bus operators, supports dispatch and maintenance, and ensures safety and on-time performance. Requires CDL and a clean driving record, with strong leadership and communication skills.

The position may require work in ANAHEIM and IRVINE. Hourly rate is $26.31/hr, with possible shift flexibility, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• CDL with passenger endorsement & air brake endorsements.
• Acceptable driving record.
• At least 1 year of bus operations experience desirable.
• At minimum of 2 year of experience required as a full-time operator.
• Knowledge of project vehicles, components, and data/communications systems.
• Knowledge of State and Federal regulations and corporate safety programs and policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct oversight of vehicle operators on the street.
• Flexible schedule with weekends/holidays.
• Ensure operators are fit for duty and properly licensed.
• Assist dispatch and maintenance staff with field vehicle changes.
• Assist operators with service or passenger problems.
• Conduct site checks and road observations per policy.
• Monitor on-time performance and schedule adherence.
• Follow safety and operational rules and procedures.
